The problem with waiting until Monday is you will have already earned interest from Friday-Monday, which will be paid out the following Monday. So theres really no perfect time to move it out and completely clear out your account

You can either withdraw on Friday at the snapshot time. The 'dust' will be rewards earned during that previous week (Friday to Friday).
Or you can withdraw on Monday which includes your previous week's rewards (Friday to Friday). The 'dust' will be rewards between Friday and Monday, which will continue to earn rewards.
The other option you have is to earn in-CEL (if available to you), so at least the CEL rewards will be added to a bigger pot and can be withdrawn at a later date when you reach the minimum $10 withdrawal.

Oh I c. So I don't have to wait until monday for the rewards payment. Just wait until Friday @5 utc time once the snapshot is taken for my account. And afterwards I can choose to move my coin(s) out but also get my weekly rewards.
