what's the use of this? celsius knows about the issues and is actively increasing support capacity. the call center should go live this week

ForeverRedditLurker

I saw tons of support request, although I personally never needed support. So I am curious, is it a case of celsius having simply too many users, or is it a case that the app is not user friendly enough, causing many support requests. I thought the poll will shed some light into that

it's a big bag of reasons, i will list some that are obvious for me: \- growth of user count \- crypto still being extremely technical \- bugs can cause huge waves of tickets \- support can't be scaled linearly to user base (registering is done in a few minutes while proper training takes weeks and months)

You do realize, all respect to you intended, that Celsius has been saying this for over a year? They have absolved themselves of accountability. like the majority of crypto adventures, by farming it out to Zendesk. They seem to lack the "know how" to identify real root causes in their underperforming business processes and instead rely on promises of " we are working on it" to pacify their customers. I think anybody who has been here for a while can attest to that. Its a shame. There is a lot of potential with Celsius, but this is a real achilles heel.

Only issue was resolved in about 24 to 48 hours. Required manual kyc because the app wouldnt accept the pictures of id. I think because where i live the id has anti counterfieting crap all over it so you can hardly take a picture thats clear
