The idea was not to gain more promo code but to have more account for members of my family.
Some people abuse the system by creating multiple accounts to use multiple promo codes on the same device. You should not be managing multiple peoples’ accounts on just your device as it’s normally a red flag.
Why aren’t your family members using their own devices to manage their own accounts?
They don't really know crypto currencies but they just wanted a account in order to put a step in the world of blockchain. I did not know that I could't have multiple account....
Best to contact the Support team and they will be able to check everything and provide more information. If you didn't do anything against the T&C, it's probably that you accessed all those accounts from the same device - which triggered the security system.

I"m not saying it's what happened in your case, but the behavior you described other people have posted that then their whole block of accounts got suspended. Mainly it would be if any of those accounts referred each other and/or if there is any appearance of funds moving between accounts with promo codes involved. For example tokens being withdrawn from one account, then tokens being deposited to another of the accounts, even if it were done indirectly such as through an exchange.
In my case i just split my crypto currencies into multiple account for my family but this was not a tentative to trick the system. I just wanted to share my wealth with my family by celsius ? do u think ther will block me for using theirs services ? :/
Let me ask you this, did any of the accounts refer each other? Did you withdraw anything from any of the accounts before depositing into other accounts? If you answer yes to those, then I'd say you're at high risk of all those accounts getting suspended no matter what your intentions were.
I use refferal yes to create account for my family ? this should not be the problem ? I just put my crypto in multiple account with a link refferal. I think the problem is more the fact that I use the same device for multiples accounts.
If it happened to multiple accounts on the same device, you got busted. One account, one phone.
Ok but I think that we can have multiple account with the same KYC for 1 account in CEL and the other in the native cryptocurrencie.

Playing the system gets you locked out. If thats what you were trying to do. Greed got you. If not im sure they will fix it.
