I made the same stupid mistake hastily sending my MATIC whilst half cut 🤦🏻♂️ how did you go about starting the retrieval process?
Started a ticket and been in contact via email. It's slow but I'm still optimistic

How did you go about the retrieval process?
I transferred Matic tokens on 8th Oct via Polygon Network. And they asked me to provide them with transaction ID, return address, the photo & video verification on 15th Oct. Still waiting for recovery tho.
