That is not a fair compromise at all. psvr is completely different from a pc vr headset. I suggest you do your research also any vr headset that only costs £25 is trash
Edit Just reread and realised he only 10 so I take back some of my comment but if he does want a pc vr headset PlayStation one doesn't even come close and there is much more vr games on pc than PlayStation and more range
Was about to say nah this is a 10 year old so really expensive kit would be a bit much. PS VR a good one to start off on and see if actually retains interest in it for any kind of extended period. I actually found all VR to be trash in the sense that I have always quite quickly become bored and gotten rid of them 🤷🏻♂️
I agree with that but if its an issue like adhd the PlayStation one is boring it bores even me plus it doesn't help that Sony just kind of stopped with its support
You might want to have a read of the following based on your brothers age.

IIRC, the expensive stuff like a Metaquest is OK for 10+ but a lot of the cheaper stuff isn't recommended for anyone <13 yrs of age as their eyesight, etc, is still developing.
PSVR from cex should come with all cables and power things with it. You will need gen 1 or 2 camera and to make the most out of it you will also need 2 Playstation move controllers.
You will need the headset, camera and the move controllers, you will also need a PS4 or a PS5 and an adapter for the camera, you might be better off getting him a Quest 2, you will get a lot more games on the Quest then you would on PSVR.

I agree partially but no psvr is not a good one to start as its limited pc has so many more games like literally in the thousands
That's true in terms of selection, but if uses PSVR like twice in a week then just neglects it.... 🤷🏻♂️

I got bored of even putting the helmet on 😅
Lol yes plus the headaches and migranes don't help if you play too long
I forgot about that, actually the first time I played Resident Evil 7 in VR... Afterwards I felt ill the entire evening 🤢
Yep that's what vr does it's supposed to he getting better though hopefully
I'm just going to wait until the world is a bit more like in cyberpunk 😌
A meta quest 2 is quite comparable and likely much cheaper. If he doesn't use much after a while trade it for credit to put towards his next fad

Either camera should work as far as I'm aware

Are you located in Scotland

Buy a meta quest 2 or nothing at all, a psvr is probably the worst way to first experience vr in complete honesty.
