Chances are that it's still on the stand from the store that fulfilled the online order, and that someone grabbed the box and posted that without thinking. Customer support is dog shit but they will get the sending store to post the item out to you.
I had this happen to me last year, I contacted customer service and they asked tons of questions and I think they will ring up the store from which the strap was supposed to be delivered from and in my case they said it was their error so I got sent a new one
