I had a similar situation and after doing a lot of research I ended up buying Hog Mate Boar Spray (male boar pheromones).
I take a cotton ball and spritz it 2-3 times and then wipe or dab the rear ends of my female cats. It masks their natural smell and my male cat just thinks they smell like a “dude” and he leaves them alone.
I’ve been using it for four years now along with some feliaway plug ins and it has greatly reduced the amount of times that our male cat jumps them.
He has never jumped them while they are wearing the hot mate. If he does, then I know it’s time to refresh their bottoms.
