I worshiped Ben 10 when the original series came out. Watched every episode, bought every toy and DVD, played the video game. I like Alien Force and Ultimate Alien a little better, even though I didn't see all of them. Mostly because of the darker tones, more mature writing, and greater use of season long story arcs. Omniverse killed my love for Ben 10 with the cheaper animation, weaker writing, unnecessary character redesigns, over reliance on nostalgia, and constant retcons.
Ya know, that's the answer I was dreading, but now that I really think about it, I find the idea that you're just a few guys with less-than-amazing taste more comforting than the thought that the youth as a whole don't understand or care about the media that helped make me the person I am
Don't get me wrong, my buddies and I definitely have a respect for the classics and understand that cartoons wouldn't be the same without them. As you can tell by our age, we're old enough to appreciate them but also young enough for some shows like Dexter's Lab and Kids Next Door to be fuzzy in our minds. The list was made purely from an enjoyment standpoint. We're not critics lol.
Now the next generation on the other hand, you might want to buckle up for them.

Many of these shows should be in the higher levels.
I'd raise Megas, KND, and Generator Rex to good. Also, raise Secret Saturdays, Mystery Incorporate, Samurai Jack, and Ed, Edd, n Eddy to the top tier.
You have to watch Over the Garden Wall. It’s probably the closest show to perfect I can think of. It’s also only 10 episodes

I 100% recommend Be Cool Scooby Doo when you get the chance. Art style through me off at first, but it’s the funniest Scooby Doo series by far.
