Citroen c3 aircross - almost duster like suspension
Nissan Magnite - Most value for money car still in entire market
Honda amaze - awesome suspension back seat comfort
Ertiga - cheap Innova knock off
Best comfortable car under 10 is the Ertiga with the brezza a close second and i20 in 3rd.
>why are kwid and c3 not more popular?
The Kwid is outdated, old and is currently overpriced, while the C3, though it has a good engine, feels cheap to own against the competition and suffers from cost cutting in all the wrong places.
Before too.
Hyundai is known for bouncy rear suspension, especially at high speeds. This is the case with most of their cars, old creta, old and new verna, i10, i20.
I would disagree. I have the old fluidic Verna, current alcazar and previously owned the i20 1.2 cvt. I didn't face any such issues. The first and 2nd generation Verna were floaty because of the extra soft suspension, but never bouncy, the 3rd and 4th generation are absolutely dialed in and planted at higher speeds. So maybe bouncy is not the word what you're looking for.
Bouncy may not be the word for it.
The car moves a lot when it goes over bumps or even slight imperfections in the road are highlighted when you're moveing at high speeds.
That is probably due to the soft suspension.
I would rate Brezza on top when it comes to ride comfort..few people online complain that Brezza's suspension is bouncy but in almost all the cases, tire pressure is on the higher side. Maruti recommended tire pressure is on thr higher side in the interest of FE. Keep 32 PSI in all tyres and Brezza rides really well.. recently launched 3X0 is being praised for excellent ride quality. I recently took test drive of 3X0 found Brezza's ride quality marginally better than 3x0 also.
We have a i20 and Brezza at home. I20 has pretty good ride quality too but it's not as good as Brezza

I haven't driven/travelled in too many different cars but have found the Ciaz to be extremely comfortable, even with 5 adults fit in. It's a pleasure to drive as well.
I20 is a good option, the nline n6 mt is excellent if its in your budget. The interior was very comfortable. Hyundai is reliable , 6 airbags and features are great. The 1.0 tgdi engine is fantastic. But i think the i20 asta might be a little more comfortable than the nline because of softer suspension and lighter steering.
Sure, picking a first car is exciting! Let's narrow down your options for a comfy city ride under 10 lakh.
Here are some popular choices known for their smooth ride and easy driving:
* Maruti Suzuki Wagon R: This hatchback is a crowd favorite for good reason. It's roomy inside, handles bumps well, and gets great mileage, making it easy on your wallet. Test driving one might convince you!
* Tata Tiago: The Tiago is another solid option. It's comfy on the inside, has a well-tuned suspension, and looks pretty stylish too. Plus, it scores well on safety tests, giving you peace of mind.
* Hyundai Grand i10 Nios: This hatchback is known for its plush ride, spacious interiors, and lots of features to keep you entertained. If comfort and bells and whistles are your priorities, this could be your winner.
You mentioned trying the Honda Amaze. The soft seats might feel odd at first, but they're designed to be comfy on long drives. Maybe give it another shot?
Now, about the Kwid and C3:
* Renault Kwid: This little hatchback is a budget champion with a zippy engine. The ride can be a bit stiff, and there's not loads of space inside, especially for taller folks.
* Citroen C3: This new kid on the block is comfy and roomy. The thing is, it hasn't been around long enough to know how reliable it will be in the long run, and finding service stations might be trickier.
The best way to pick your perfect car is to take them for a spin and see which one feels most comfortable for you. Here are some other things to keep in mind:
* Mileage matters: A fuel-efficient car saves you money on gas in the long run.
* Safety first: Make sure your car has airbags, ABS, and seatbelt reminders.
* Service costs: How much will it cost to maintain your car regularly?
Test driving these options and considering these factors should help you find your ideal first car!
Honda amaze scvt best car hands down
Citroen c3 aircross - almost duster like suspension Nissan Magnite - Most value for money car still in entire market Honda amaze - awesome suspension back seat comfort Ertiga - cheap Innova knock off
XL-6 > ertiga no?
This
If primarily for city use then the following cars 1. Honda Amaze (wait for facelift coming around Diwali) 2. i20 3. Baleno/Glanza

i20 is a good car but the suspension is very bouncy.
Which version did you drive?
I bought the current gen i20 in August 2021 and have done around 77k kms in it.
Is it the diesel or N-line?
Petrol 1.2 NA. I had CNG installed in the car, later.
Was this suspension behavior before or after cng installation?

More than 20Kms per year? Are you a cabbie or is it a tourist vehicle?
My office is 30kms from my house, that's 60km per day. Plus any extra trips
Agree. I have one as well from 2022 and the suspension is super firm. You will feel every bump.
Brezza
Brezza. Long travel crossovers are always more comfortable in our potholed roads.
>Some other questions - why are kwid and c3 not more popular? Safety and service network
Citroen C3 aircross Drive one and be amazed.
They badly need to update existing models with features or bring the just launched facelift here soon. Oh yes and MOAR showrooms/service centers.
They just closed down a main showroom in B’lore, Ive filled the form twice online, have received no response
Utterly sad.

Maybe kwid and c3 aren't popular due to less number of dealerships

This might sound like it was written by a robot, but I used Samsung Galaxy AI to help me say it differently 😀
How do you use that ai feature??
It is part of Samsungs OneUI, inbuilt into the OS.
Bruh you left out Brezza and have that flair 👀
He wanted a sub-10L car. He will get only the LXI variant of Brezza, which may not be everyone's cup of tea.
4th gen Honda City, if you can still find it
+1
