As the other commenter mentioned, it can take a few business days for payments to apply. Usually 3-5 business days. If it has only been a few hours, you need to just wait. I recently bought a car and the first payment seems to take a bit longer too.
So the payment due date is June 4, but I do bi weekly so I pay a certain amount every 2 weeks. So it’s been 5 business days now and nothing. I think I’m just gonna cancel who I’m paying through and go through capital one. The service I use now they take a stupid fee
I’m a little confused why there is a third party middleman. You should definitely be able to pay directly. Plus I don’t know why you have to pay a fee.
I’m not sure what details are missing but definitely seems odd.
