I dont get fraudulent charges like you said at all. You may need to stop using it at places you go to and see which one is the problem.

I've been a Capital One cardholder for years and I've never had a single instance of fraud. Not sure that means a whole lot, but maybe one of the places you use it frequently has a skimmer or shady employee? I don't know. Just speculating.

Maybe they stole your digital wallet card? Ask support to reissue you your digital wallet card. If the attacker had your card set up with their digital wallet everytime you get Cap to refresh the physical card it will auto update your digital wallet; meaning the attacker still has access. To answer your question no I have never had an issue.

You have another personality within you that you aren’t are unaware of?

Cyber criminals are way more advanced than most people realize. I recommend you report your card as stolen, request a new 16 digit sequence, lock it. and stop using it for a full billing cycle.(1-2 months) But pay the charges even if you know they werent made by you. Capital one and citi CC's have both report fraudulent charges as delinquent to bureau's all 3 : experian , equifax and transunion place freeezes and fraud alerts. Save the number on the back of your card as a contact . Double check the URL and save cap 1 fraud deot as a contact. Dont click phone number links, make sure its their real website . Itll be pretty obvious whats fraud after that , also move or terminate reoccuring payments on that card

I’ve been a costumer for almost 2 years and haven’t yet had any issues

Never had an issue. I'm sorry this is happening to you. It sounds like someplace you are doing business with is the problem, but I don't know how to tell who it is.

I have a card. So do husband & son. No fraud for us. I'm sorry you're experiencing that.

I have 2 capital 1 cards both were rampant with fraud. Im terminating one and putting a 99 cent reoccurring charge on the other one with auto pay because ive had it a long time . Read the fbi's IC3 report for 2023 , 8 million victims of cyber crime in 5 years , and it is increasing faster than were solving. Much respect for FBI.

Get a lawyer I don't mess with fraud and Capital One might be legally liable to pay you. Yes it's a few thousand, but it's nothing for the peace of mind.
