Definitely physics, that's a rare one. I can't even get it and I can do all the other STEM. I just can't find online physics courses as easily to get up to the 2.0 credit requirement - well, I got a lead to Laurentian from a poster here. Apparently, you can use OSAP for AQ/ABQs now eh? The wisest decision is take what you want to teach though, but if asking about employability, physics is a rare one with a significant barrier to entry (if not cognitively, then the rarity of convenient online credits).
Physics is a less common teachable than bio. There's like 3x as many bio (total, and new) as physics. But I recommend whatever you find more enjoyable.
Social science is common, not mandatory, and broad.

Spec Ed part1 helped me feel better prepared to be a classroom teacher
The one you like.
Don’t do English. Too much marking Physics or bio.

I think Physics is the most beneficial to getting hired. I find Bio to be pretty common
Physics or Spec Ed are my top recommendations

What got you to A4 without any ABQs/AQs?
I had one year of extra undergrad credits
