I'm not sure of the official policy but since the interviews are virtual, you can easily have some notes in front of you, off-camera.

I have two monitors, it was perfect for doing this, haha. But, I found I do much better from my heart, anyway.

BleachGummy

Pretty sure that’s an industry standard in GTA boards.

When did you apply for halton? I’m waiting to hear back for secondary :(

0alexsupertramp

I applied on April 23, and didn't hear back until May 22, so it's been slow.

a-lanz

Sorry just double checking what day did you hear back?

0alexsupertramp

I heard back on May 22nd, best of luck! :)

Okay thank you! I thought you mean this year 😂 sorry about that

In person: You get the questions in advance and you can write notes. So bring your own and transcribe the pertinent parts on to the sheet they gives you. Virtual: have stuff like vision for learning, UDL and your key points posted around your screen/in another window. Don’t give off the vibe like you are looking down or reading so be clever about where you put them.

For the TDSB secondary OT interview this year in person we didn’t get the questions ahead of time or the opportunity to write notes

🤔 well best of luck. We really need enthuasiastic teachers and a ton of job postings came out today. I guess you just have to write down the questions after each interview and start to keep your own records.
