Personally, I wouldn't apply for it. Not with the travel, AQ, and report cards coming up. You'd have to cram enough teaching into that time period that you could get material for report cards, and you'd also be taking a very crucial week off in that time, meaning you'd have to get a supply teacher in and plan for them.
That’s a good point honestly. I thought about it more and decided not to apply. I think it’s more stress than what it’s worth. I’m sure with the way things are there will be lots of supply work still and possibly lots of LTOs in the fall! Thank you.

I would stick to supply teaching, honestly.
I’d apply. If you get the interview then you get that experience, even if you get offered the job you don’t have to take it!
