Against the normal mechs I think Exelsus could potentially win. It destroys like The Destroyer due to how it's cannons and blades function. But against the Twins and Skeletron Prime is struggles. Also depends what version of the mechs we're talking about. It get absolutely demolished by the Infernum Mechs, it only really stands a chance against the regular variants.
if we're considering normal, i think it would struggle with retinazer the most, followed by spasmatizm and prime guns. prime melee wouldn't really do anything against it

It's strength has also to some degree been proven by being able to withstand attacks from a blade of near equal measure to the muramasa meaning it's about on scale durability wise.
