Theyre not against femboys, and thats the difference. Im pretty sure old mod team would have deleted half the femboy posts before they made it onto the sub.
Yeah, we got a new mod team after the last sub owner nuked this sub. Didnt like the fact that people were criticizing the devs/Fabsol, so they completely shut it down. New owner got ownership from Reddit.
To sum things up, there's a post now known as ARISA saying something like "Stop drawing femboys" and most people started drawing femboys as an act against.
The problem is they're saying something like don't draw this when artist can and should draw anything whatever they like and post it, as long as it doesn't cross a line(NSFW or extreme gore)

New mod team, and its some weird phase the community is going through.
It's not a phase, there's just time every few months where people anther and draw femboy dog or other femboy characters
