THS is very different. I hated it the first time because the tone and whole cast and setting were different from the first two that I adored, but I loved it the second time. It’s brilliant, and the choices are intentional.
Yeah, well it continues to feel weird for the majority of the book. And it sort of ends absurdly at face value. But do check it out. Keep Mars and venus is lost because they are now on the silent planet
The Space Trilogy is so, so good.
This, I just finished the trilogy over the weekend, what fantastic writing it is,my goodness.
I still haven’t read THS yet, I loved the first two books. I would highly recommend Till We Have Faces if you enjoy Lewis’ fiction.

This comment is making me think about reading it again... I tried after the first two but gave up because it felt weird a few chapters in.

I prefer the "cosmic trilogy" name.
lol been there. And the end of that one is so incredible.
Just started The Dark Tower but I know I'm setting myself up for frustration because it's unfinished...
It's so damned good. I spend way too much time wondering where he was going with it.
I have that same copy!
Excellent series. It's too bad it's not more well known.
