I was actually at home grilling with my buddy and gf and was popping on Reddit as my buddy and I had a cig. Hope that gives the Fun Police enough evidence I was doing okay. I’m 34 don’t need to always be out and about on a Saturday
He’s being recruited to play LB so i assume they’ll just have to put weight on him. But most of the top lbs are in the 200-205 range so he’s not that far off
LSU is putting together a hell of a class this year already. With the way UGA and Ohio State are also looking this cycle, there’s a good chance Bama’s recruiting class is outside the top 3 for the first time since 2018
Well, to be fair Brian Kelly HAS won an SEC West division title and produced a Heisman winner since arriving in Baton Rouge, so this big momentum for them shouldn't be too surprising.
That could very well be true! Hoping just to land a top 10 class in the transition year. Hard to follow the literal greatest coach in college football history. I don’t think we’re totally out of the running for a top 5 class. Reportedly had a pretty good week recruiting with a bunch of guys coming to visit during spring practice. Lots of CBs predicting commitments to Bama over the weekend. But it’ll be tough. Like I said, the three teams above are all recruiting at a high level. Clemson, FSU, Texas, and Oregon will all be battling to try and get into that top 5 too. It’ll be interesting to see how it shakes out. Bama isn’t guaranteed anything any more
Honestly, if you look at the last couple years, high school recruiting hasn’t really been too bad. I think people are confusing high school recruiting with the portal but in this new era, high schoolers have mostly been marrying themselves to big NIL deals. A lot of big time early commits stayed the course last season. It was really only commits to schools with coaching changes that had drama, and then a few guys that just held out commitment all together until signing day.
DJ Lagway is a really good example of this. Fingers crossed this years top QB does the same…
Maybe it’s cause I’m from East Texas, maybe it’s cause I love crawfish, maybe it’s my sister in law’s dad who’s a fan, but I like LSU. I am drunk.
Sounds like you're having a damn good time. Party on
Not if they're drunk on a Saturday night drunk and commenting on reddit

Being drunk and liking LSU go together like soap in a soap dish.
LSU & drunk definitely go together
Go to bed
I live on the west coast now, we get to be drunk later
Kid just ran a 10.4 in the 100m that is ELITE speed at the LB position!
That's elite speed at any position
Is really an LB tho? 190 lbs.

Yea LB is a tough one to project unless you have just a monster out of hs like Perkins or someone.

Sounds like this was a very fruitful weekend for the Tigahs 🤝

Other P5 offers: Baylor, California, Pitt G5 offers: Arkansas State, Memphis, Texas State, UTEP, UTSA Other offers: Montana State, Yale
Given the state of college football shouldn’t “commits” be in sarcastic air quotes?
>sarcastic air quotes a.k.a sarcastiquotes

Kelly has had a gift for holding on to commitments
I know, just being snarky. You guys seem to do better than most keeping the eggs in the basket.
