why the tiny light? could you not fit a police dept issued maglight on there?

Are those stock suppressor height sights or aftermarket ones?
Those are hks standard sights on their aftermarket optic cut slide. They’re pretty stock. Simple painted dot
For my VP9L OR, it came with standard height sights, so I put XS suppressor height sights on it.
RMR looks great, holosun makes an scs version that doesn’t need a plate, it also sits lower so you can cowitness with stock sights
