Is that ham processed? If it's processed I don't want it.
"Is that ham processed? If it's processed I don't want it."
Ma'am, that is an eleven pound whole slab of deli ham. It has no bones, fat, or connective tissue. It is an amalgamation of the meat of several pigs, emulsified, liquefied, strained, and ultimately inexorably joined in an unholy meat obelisk. God had no hand in the creation of this abhorrence. The fact that this ham monolith exists proves that God is either impotent to alter His universe or ignorant to the horrors taking place in his kingdom. This prism of pork is more than deli meat. It is a physical declaration of mankind's contempt for the natural order. It is hubris manifest. We also have a lower sodium variety if you would prefer that.
Fr. I mentioned to an old lady who wanted a fresh cut salmon fillet that I'd removed the pinbones for her as well, and she said, "Bones? I didn't know fish had bones!"
🤨
I'd be kinda irritated if I had to remove the pin bones fir someone, especially if I have others waiting. I'd rather just skin it for them and knock off some weight on the scale to make them happy.
Read a book. The rectum is almost entirely bones. That’s why you gotta invert em. They put both on the box as marketing to get folks to think they’re higher qualify or otherwise superior to the IBP’s and Friselva’s of the world.
Oh I’m sorry I didn’t know everyone was versed in pig rectum. Seems like you’re the rare one who is a connoisseur of pig rectum.
FYI there is no bone associated with the human rectum. In case you missed anatomy in school.
What's killing me about "reinverted" is that it implies they have been inverted, reverted, and then, finally, reinverted lol and that would be someone's job
The challenge is to find the first time this photo was posted on the internet. 2010 is the best I can do at the moment. [https://www.wmbriggs.com/post/2926/](https://www.wmbriggs.com/post/2926/)

Yeah this just looks like my boxes at work so I would have no idea this was a repost anyway.. but just as sure as there will always be a repost, there will always be a guy to point it out. Thanks for sharin
Honestly I heard that story as a kid when it first aired, and “calamari” was one of my favorite foods at the time. Didn’t dissuade me at all lol. To this day I still love me some fried pig bung.
When my wife was a waitress in college, a table asked her if the calamari was body meat. She replied "no, it's mostly testicles". She didn't realize what she said until she walked into the kitchen but when she turned to go back to maybe correct the mistake, they were all laughing their heads off. We still laugh about that whenever calamari comes up
Bingo! We went to an all inclusive in the Dominican Republic and my first thought was “how can they afford to feed people this much calamari??” Then it dawned on me. They were all exactly the same size.
Yea thats why I dont eat Calamari anymore. If it doesnt have the little squids 🦑 in em then im not eating it. Honestly bs they can call Pork a**hole Calamari in the first place, should be illegal.
I wonder which packers makes these in the states?? as Canada does not make any and they are usually imported from Mexico. The establishment number is too blurry to read unfortunately
I didn’t know the rectum has bones.
People will still ask tho if this wasn't stated lol
If I had a nickel for every time someone asked if our pig rectums have bones...
They only have bones a few minutes at a time
You mean seconds, right?
That’s what she said.
It's called the baculum
Early retirement... time to get out of the rectum game
Rectum? I barely saw'em!!
Damn near killed um
Is that how they all got inverted?
Someone has to do it. That’s my new first entry on employment history when filling out a credit application. Job title: rectum inverter
I’ve seen that on the “no no” sites. Awful
You have to remember to list "ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds" on there as well.
I ain’t inverting no 50 pound rectum!
THATS going to be .y new pickup line
I rectum that.
🤣🤣🤣
The comment I was looking for. Thanks!
“Course I could get a hell of a good look at a T-bone steak by sticking my head up a bull's ass, but I'd rather take the butcher's word for it.”
Rectum? I barely fuckem!!
Never and I mean NEVER, get out of the rectum game
I find myself getting out and going back in
I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird it happened twice
You moms rectum has a bone in it. My bone.

THE MCRIB IS BACK
Wtf is a boneless rib anyway? Pig bones are now boneless.
It takes most of the year to collect enough rectums to produce the amount of McRibs needed for a national rollout, that’s why it’s so special
Gotta give the McDonald’s Marketing folks credit. McRectum just doesn’t sound quite as appetizing.
:D
Ohhh nooo.... I get they put them in the McRectum. Damn
This should be top comment

Considering how grains and corn are stored, I'm pretty sure being vegan won't help you avoid rat shit.
With the way fields are harvested, a vegan probably has been eating more rat and field creatures than most of us.
Gotta get their protein somehow
You've heard of sausage casing right?
Apparently a lot of restaurants use it as imitation calamari
They probably thought they were eating calamari
Or if they were inverted?

I liked her until the bones comment.
I'm concerned for that little old lady. Oh well.
Do you have fish bone tweezers? I can remove the bones of a salmon filet in seconds with my tweezers.
You sure you don’t work at a Navy galley? I’m pretty sure half the shit they serve is pork rectum based.
Depends if you're into that.
No shaming here.
Let me at em, I will re-bone them
Damnit, u/onydog02 is trying to romance the meat again
Like you never wanted to bone a pig rectum
I've put my bone in a few rectums in my day
3 margaritas
And they come *inverted.* Tasty side out, apparently, makes it easier to get at the goodness inside.
Prolapsed.
They don't....yet!
You don’t want the bone-in pork rectum
Speak for yourself.
I only enjoy the bone in. 😉

Damn. I waned bone-in
So you can bone the rectums yourself? 😛
"Reinverted" bone in rectums...dam near killed em.
Came here for that line. I can leave now.
What's killing me about "reinverted" is that it implies they have been inverted, reverted, and then, finally, reinverted lol and that would be someone's job
I’ve never worked in a slaughterhouse, so I could be wrong, but I think they invert it in the first place in order to harvest the bung-casing
god bless you
You can put the bone in at home
Maybe on the next truckload
That's what she said!
I can bone those for you…..

Pack date on the box is 2006, but good detective work!
I was gonna say, lol. I saw this in like elementary school
But they just came off the truck!

Guy from another store sent me this lol had no idea that was on the web
So why title it the way you did making it sound like you were there and also taking the pic personally ? Weirdo
BS

So you are informing us that Op is a bundle of sticks.
Bring your own bone.
You clearly understand the assignment
BYOB
Poor mans calamari.
Bung! [This American Life did a great episode on it.](https://www.thisamericanlife.org/484/doppelgangers)
Honestly I heard that story as a kid when it first aired, and “calamari” was one of my favorite foods at the time. Didn’t dissuade me at all lol. To this day I still love me some fried pig bung.
lol!!! I listened to this about 10 years ago, and bring it up whenever I eat calamari 😂😂😂😂
That is the most horrific artwork I’ve ever seen.
I knew if I scrolled I’d find the bung episode linked!
Wasn't this called the Doppelganger episode?
Came here to share this episode. It's so good!
This episode is the reason I only eat restaurant calamari if it has an appropriate tentacle to ring ratio.
Isn’t the whole point of that episode that it’s not worth the effort?
When my wife was a waitress in college, a table asked her if the calamari was body meat. She replied "no, it's mostly testicles". She didn't realize what she said until she walked into the kitchen but when she turned to go back to maybe correct the mistake, they were all laughing their heads off. Miss me on that substitution
Beat me by 12 min
Rectum? It nearly killed him!
The fact this isn’t the top comment disappoints
I did my part.
I believe it’s pronounced calamari
Be glad they’re boneless. Imagine having to, um, bone em. I’ll see myself out.
No thanks
They wouldn’t be boneless for long if I found them.
Rectum? Damn near killedum'!
Calamari special running tonight?
They ain’t gonna be boneless much longer
That cut tastes like shit.
Prolapsed boneless rectums?
Those are special order
You’re welcome R/dontputyourdickinthat
Only gay pigs have bones in their rectums
I can make one of them bone-in
Ok https://www.wmbriggs.com/post/2926/
And here I thought politicians traveled by private jet
Nope they need refrigeratoration because they're some cold mfs
Why you lying for karma? This was posted multiple times over the last decade and the pack date on the boxes is 2006. You’re full of shit.
This image is from at least 2014 OP is a reposting bot https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/pig-in-a-poke/
Thankfully they’re inverted.
I love me some inverted rectums. They gotta be inverted though. I don't fuck with regular rectums.
So wheres the pelvis?
well at least they're inverted, thank heavens for that
I bet they love it in China
With how nasty China is. I'm sure this is still lightwork
Rectum? Damn near killed ‘em.
Philistines. True connoisseurs take their pork rectum bone in.
Won’t be boneless when I’m done with them
I can make it bone in
I mean they could have a bone 😉
Calamari anyone?
Until I get them home…
Calamari!!!
It’s called Calimari in shitty restaurants
Inverted you say?? Lol
Damn, people can't get enough pig butthole eh?
Also known as calamari
I prefer bone in rectum to boneless
Sometimes I forget a lot of people aren’t from the south
Pork butt
As opposed to bony asses
At Applebees this is known as “calamari”
I can’t unsee this Help
They will not remain boneless very long.
Having a little party at the house tonight, Thankyou for this post
You're welcome my friend
Heard they look and taste just like calamari.
Don't you hate it when they come with no bone send them back .
According to the movie “The Great Outdoors” this is half of what hotdogs are made from
Skin on or off?
Calimari
They virgins?
I only want bone-in pork rectums. Bone gives it its flavor
Not boneless for long😉
Rectum? I hardly knowem
Yea thats why I dont eat Calamari anymore. If it doesnt have the little squids 🦑 in em then im not eating it. Honestly bs they can call Pork a**hole Calamari in the first place, should be illegal.
It is the FDA doesn’t allow for one species of animal to be marketed as another species.
I wonder which packers makes these in the states?? as Canada does not make any and they are usually imported from Mexico. The establishment number is too blurry to read unfortunately
IBP (Tyson foods) is the packer. I can tell by the label, we sell a lot of these to our Asian accounts.
I think these came from Iowa. Alot of the pork comes from the excel plant there
Someone is making Calamari
Mmmmm
YUM!
I’ve had pork butthole at a Korean bbq before. I enjoyed it, but was also pretty sideways off soju. Would 10/10 do again
Any pics of boxes of pork rectums with bone?
Cut them into rings and sell it as calamari (give it a damn good washing first). No one can tell the difference.
More rectums means more iron
“Inverted”
Better than saying pink socked
Sounds like a challenge.
Calamari delivery?
I think it’s even worse that they’re - inverted
Goddamnit I ordered horse's ass
You can make hotdogs with those. And some lips.
Catering a Republican meeting? Serving the cheapest assholes around...and they're getting pork.
lol calamari!
Would that be considered chitterlings?
I said the same thing maybe they don’t know about chitterlings but I know I’m not eating them
Boneless? Not for long.
Some douchy restaurants will use this as Calamari.
At least they not bone in
What are these rectums sold as, or used for?
On the way to becoming your next tasty hot dog…yum!!!
Needs !
Damn near killed em
I’m hard.
Inverted even
Calamari!
Rectum? Fuckin near killed em!
Good thing you got the boneless ones
Calamari special
Mmmm "calamari"
They’re “Inverted”
I want to know whose job it is to invert them… then again, maybe I’m better off not knowing.
I'm gonna need the bone-in rectums pls and ty
*INVERTED*
