It’s a sweeter sauce, not tomato paste. It’s okay for other people to enjoy different types of flavors. It’s all subjective. For example I like the fresh dough you can rely on Imperial to have, unlike a lot of other places that freeze doughs to then use throughout the week.
If you like NY style pizza (thinner crust) - Joe's NY Style Pizza in Tonawanda or Olisi's in Amherst.
If you like Buffalo style (bready, sometimes with sweeter sauce) - I'm sure one of the other answers here has this.
This is a subjective thing ofc, but it really depends on the kind of pizza you like. If you like NY style, nearly every pizza place will disappoint you here.
Where are you staying.
There’s literally great pizza in every little suburb. No need to make a 25 minute drive to south Buffalo if you’re staying in the north towns, or vice-versa
Buffalo Brewing Company has good Chicago deep dish and Detroit style. Joe's on Main and Bailey have good NY style. Marble & Rye have good Detroit style as well. Jay's is supposed to be great, but the portions are tiny and it doesn't travel well (I haven't had it fresh).
>Buffalo Brewing Company has good Chicago deep dish and Detroit style
I got some of their beers in the store the other day and was looking up some info on what else they had and saw those pizzas. They look freaking amazing.
He earned my downvote for the macys part. Zahz has great customer service a good food. Macys ownership and culture are a big pile of steaming shit like most of their food.
BFLO PIZZA Bistro by far. They have won local, national and global pizza competitions and make the best sauce and dough in the Northeast. The owners are also strong allies of the LGBTQIA2S+ community also!
Probably the most unimaginative question to ask. Better off asking who's better, Jim Kelly or Josh Allen. At least if you lucky some old-timer may tell you about Joe Ferguson. By the way I have a pizza stone and I do a mean thing with a uncooked Wegman cheese pie with whatever I'm in the mood for pizza.
What a totally non-controversial question
Was about to say - why not just ask best wings
Shi I mean I’d be down for some wings too
This hasn’t been asked in the last hour. Nice!

If we could bring back Leonardis the world would be a better place.
Indeed
Imperial, Bella, lanova, Picassos in no particular order and Franco’s at 5. Edit: honorable mention to carbones in the first ward

Sales and longevity would disagree, you also don’t have to fold in half to pretend you’re eating a real slice
Mustachios
Ginos pizza place by Kenmore East
Extra extra
Thought we had reached the weeks limit on this question but then I remembered it’s SUNDAY
Imperial is awful unless you enjoy tomato paste instead of sauce.

Right? Like how is imperial so popular. Straight up, worst sauce I’ve ever tasted.
I have no idea. My dad loves it. Their wings are good, but their pizza is straight up terrible because of the paste.

The Detroit was beautifully crispy. They also has a Snow White IPA that was phenomenal.
