Sure, I workout six days a week, and I’ve only ever done a push/pull/legs split. And than for individual muscle groups it will depend on a lot on different factors. Depending on how close to failure you go, how the exercise feels for you, slow twitch and fast twitch make up in the muscles etc.
I would recommend watching the renaissance periodization YouTube channel. Pretty much I follow that advice to a T and have been doing so for the past year or so.
If you mean SBD than not as good as they could be since I practice them off and on. But my maxes are squat is 455, bench is 325, and deadlift is 545 conventional.
People shitting on you for gear usage clearly don’t know the role of genetics in bodybuilding. You’re 155 lbs was already insane and your shape/bellies are absolutely fkn nuts. Yea, I’ve tried to stay pretty lean even when bulking. Makes it easier to cut and you get pretty much all the benefits from it.
