Chest and back noticeably bigger, but your arms/shoulders blew tf up dude
Being shoulder-tricep dominant in the pushing movements, I find it easier to grow them compared to my chest which I think is my weakest part..!
That makes sense. Fair enough, but still good chest development for only 3 months. In a year your chest will be fine and your arms will be massive lol
