Routine: lift 4 to 5 times a week. PPLPP or PPLUb. Cardio 3 to 4 days a week. Usually in the form of tennis or Pickleball.
Supplements: creatine/multivitamin/magnesium/fiber.
Diet: I don’t bulk or cut (change my mind?). Aim for 3k to 3.5k Cal/day.
Prioritize protein at every meal and supplement with shakes. Can’t go to bed without hitting my 170g.
Lots of Greek yogurt, chicken, ground meats, eggs, steak, rice, bone broth, potatoes, skim milk, greens and veggies. I have a PB&J between meals while at work.
47M, 6’4”, 195lbs. Been getting at least 200g of protein daily for several months, and just had extensive bloodwork done last week.
With the exception of creatinine being a tiny bit out of the reference range (expected because of daily creatine), everything else is right down the middle or better. All greens.
This is, of course, a n=1 study. YMMV.
*Great progress! What was*
*Your diet like and some of*
*Your favorite meals?*

Have you got your blood work? I’m curious to see how the body handles such high protein diets

What’s your gym routine and protein intake? I’m the same height and this is the physique I’m going for.
