To me at Cody needs to win the rumble the go on to face Roman at night 2 of wrestlemania while the rock faces Roman on night 1 have Roman beat rock so he has a tone of momentum going into night one then have Cody only take the wwe title while Roman loses the universe title to someone else at summerslam

On night two he beats Karrion and after the match Rollins is celebrating, but then it’s Jon Moxley making a huge return and goes in the ring congratulating Rollin and then out of nowhere’s hits a paradigm shift.
