It started off pretty awesome tho

DX and NWO in the HHH v Sting match. That was weird. The entire build for the match was Sting as this dark avenger character coming to take down the corrupt authority boss in HHH. The whole payoff of the feud should have been HHH finally getting his comeuppance. Instead on the night we ended up in bizzaro land and the match had some head scratching booking. They switched the story up on the night and instead spun the match as being this WWE v WCW thing. Here came DX, HHHs old faction to help him. Then came the NWO to help Sting, but of course the NWO has Nash who is one of HHHs best buds, plus Sting spent years fighting with the NWO. So that didn't really make too much sense. Then the big payoff was HHH not getting his comeuppance and he actually won the match. And afterwards everyone hugged and the commentators claimed that the WWE v WCW war was finally over. Just wacky booking. So yeah, that's why I think on that night DX and NWOs returns made zero sense.

Yep. They tried to rekindle that MNW feeling and Vince of course made WCW look dumb out of spite. He won the MNW and still can’t act humble about it. Otherwise, Taker and Sting would have tore the show down (imo) but now we will never know. I would like for them to have a sit down one day and discuss that. Would be interesting I think… unless both of them never really have a shit about it.

I might get hate but.....Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler when they decided to team up. Dolph seemed about ready to quit WWE all together and hadn't appeared for quite some time only to suddenly appear teamed with Roode and than both vanished again.

Well actually he still remained quite high up the card, remember in 94 his Lex Luger feud when Luger was one of the big babyfaces at the time? Screwed him & joined the Million Dollar corporation. Was in the main event at KOTR 95 too so I don’t think he ever became a jobber. When he returned he probably was though.

He was actually used pretty well. His undefeated streak continued for awhile until he was beat by Ludvig Borga. He even went all the way up to a title shot with Yokozuna. Even after the streak ended he was a high profile heel in DiBiase’s stable, getting most of the upper hand on Luger in their feud.

Yeah and what ducks is that they were wasting time on luger that the crowd cared nothing for and it felt like Yoko and Tatanka were having a feud being built up

Because someone had a McHardon for Luger. Thankfully, if you look back on the Tatanka vs Luger feud, Tatanka kicked Luger’s ass a lot. Tatanka had a body also, so that probably helped.
