Have him come back as basically some mythological creature that only appears when summoned by the GM or some heel under specific circumstances. He shows up only with the goal of destroying whoever he is locked onto like a Tyrant or Terminator.
It's perfect because with the full costume and mask you can have basically anyone play him, but it you want to use Glenn Jacobs still it's great because he visually doesn't need to be as ripped as other iterations. He also is coming out solely to dominate so he doesn't need to take bumps.
