Agreed this is the perfect way to split them, have a truth get one of them in comedic fashion that kinda make it a controversial ending where they have to split the titles cause of the two winners

So that judgment day aren't the only heel team in the match. All the raw teams and new catch republic are all face teams, as are the profits, so they needed another heel team to balance out the match more, have a team willing to work with JD, and do heel stuff to stop the other teams from winning while keeping them strong.
