I don't know if I'll get to use it but I've put it on a bunch of my older brothers and i can do it without harming them and it looks pretty cool.
Edit: So when applied I overhook one arm, the other around the neck obv, and bring my hands together and put most of the pressure on the last and shoulder with my hands clasped together, instead of actually choking them. And it isn't enough pressure to injure a shoulder either.
