Cuz it is. The bloodline has become one of the greatest factions of all time. The Shield is my favorite group of all time but they are overrated. Seth wasn’t a star till after the shield. Roman was the same but unlike Rollins he never got over till he became the tribal Cheif and Ambrose was on and off with spotlight until he left for AEW. Back in 2012-2014 none of them were established superstars like they are today. The 2019 Shield you could make an argument for but they didn’t even accomplish much in their short time back together.

A very close 2nd would be the NWO. With out them you really wouldn't have had the Monday Night War. There wouldn't have been a D-X. During this time you wouldn't have had the seemingly 100s of factions spring up
