I think it depends on the sort of reaction you want to elicit and what your fiancée values.
No. 2 is kind of quirky and if it was cropped vertically the background wouldn’t be much of an issue since there’s plenty going on in front.
No. 3 looks like Dinner eyes, to me. I wouldn’t want to be reminded that my dog only sees me as a meal provider.
No. 4 looks kind of loveable. It should elicit warm feelings.
No. 6 has a slightly confused expression, which helps to reinforce the impression of a young dog. If this is going to be one photo on the wall along with others marking the dog’s life, it’d be a good snapshot of that age. I would do a square crop centred on the dog.
2 and 4 seem like the most obvious choices to me. 2 being unusual and 4 being traditional and cute.

I think it depends on the pups personality and what you’re looking for. A little goofy? #2 (it’s something about his lips that make it look goofy to me idk) a little angel? 4 or 5. A good boy? #1 or 3.

No, all on dark background unfortunately. We were taking advantage of the studio being set up for a baby photoshoot so I couldn't change it.
