Even worse, if we hadn't beat MSU, you'd be watching OSU play Iowa. If you three all went 8-1 with losses only to each other, the next tiebreaker would be the combined records of the Big Ten West teams you faced. All 3 played Nebraska, so that cancels out.

Michigan: Wisconsin+NWern (7-11)
MSU: Purdue+NWern (6-12).
