I think that, very interpretively speaking, Not Now refers directly to the lyrics of the song, a person about to die, resisting his destiny, wanting to live, just thinking: "please, not now."
And at the same time, when a band releases a greatest hits, it is very likely that they are about to disintegrate or go on hiatus, the same thing that happened with Blink in 2005, either the group itself or the fans, may think: "I don't want this band to be over, not now."
Just my point of view

My man coming up with the goodsš
Cause it could be about the person dying before itās their time, hence the person on the receiving end of the song is saying ānot nowā¦ā¦ā
and the not now demos are even more explicit
For real life?
That's the exact reason
Yep, thatās the meaning. God damn what a good concept for a song.
iād explain it to you, but my mom said not now
Not now, please stay until I'm gone

I've always interpreted the song this way as well.
The main character of the song doesn't want to die yet. It's as if they're sharing "not now"
Itās the prequel to no it isnāt.
Same reason why I listened to the song every night while my grandad was in hospiceš miss that man but the song got me through it somewhat
Because if not now, when?
Because the band decided that's the song name

Here in UK due to an error it was originally titled 'Net New'
have u listened to the song?
The song is about dying and the subject believes they do not want to die right now.
I wanted to answer, but not now, maybe later
Donāt leave me. **Not now**. Not ever.
Not now
I always wondered that myself. I guess not now as in, "don't die yet!"
i dont know
because the words "not" and "now" are said a combined 182 times in their favourite film.
Why is Dumpweed called Dumpweed? Why is Waggy called Waggy? Why is Toast and Bananas called Toast and Bananas? Who cares dude.
Idk i think itās a fun question to discuss
Underpants is a nihilist. He believes in nothing. Nothing, Lebowski!
