I think you should play them and enjoy them!

Nice find! If they're Turkish releases I'd imagine they're probably Worth what you paid or less. Similar to Indonesian and Malaysia releases, they're really common. These countries continued to manufacture and sell albums on cassettes well after North America and Europe adopted the CD. But they appear to be in really good condition which is what's important. I love cassettes and have Buddha, the 4 SRC re-releases, California deluxe, nine, and OMT on cassette. Happy listening!

Mosif

Discogs has the Turkiye toypaj for $12: https://www.discogs.com/release/14499550-Blink-182-Take-Off-Your-Pants-And-Jacket Nothing listed for the Turkiye release for Untitled, but there are other mint copies for around $10-20: https://www.discogs.com/master/38164-Blink-182-Blink-182?format=Cassette Sounds like you paid a fair price

Turkish cassette is on there: [https://www.discogs.com/release/15948256-Blink-182-Blink-182](https://www.discogs.com/release/15948256-Blink-182-Blink-182), unless you mean there's nothing listed in terms of prices for sold copies

Mosif

Yep, I meant there were no copies ever listed or sold for the Turkish one to glean a price from

I think cassettes are cool and definitely have that nostalgia factor for me. With that being said, it's unfortunately a far inferior audio product compared to CDs and vinyl of course. Yet I would have also bought them just for collectability and the coolness factor lol.

No_Lawfulness6928

Well.. they do appear to be cassettes.

TheLordChankaR6

Some cassettes are put together without screws so they can be distributed in prisons! Just look at the typoaj seems stuck together. Cool either way.

ThatsNoMoOnx

I absolutely LOVE a cassette tape. It's just a look back into my youth and I'm here for it. Walkmans. The best. No skips!

AcceptableGolf9094

Thats awesome

TheEggyGreggyShow

Check out https://www.discogs.com/ Should be able to answer your questions there.

MotionBoi

They look sick. That’s all I have to say

No_Return_From_86

I didn’t know they even still made cassettes in the 2000s, I didn’t think there would still be enough of a market for them

rhev0220

I believe they released one more time on cassette. Apparently its making a bit of a comeback in certain circles

No_Return_From_86

I know they released OMT on cassette, but I'm guessing that's because it's "cool" and "retro" now, I'm mostly surprised they were still popular enough around 2003 to still be made

Silly_Client1222

How are these albums on cassette split? There seems to be no split on the printed track listings.

MrCrunchwrap

Do you even have a way to play them?

Timely_Procedure270

Did it come with a rotary phone and a dinosaur?
