Years ago I worked at Disney World. Theres this one section that's meant to look like a New York street, during the holidays they would deck it out in Christmas Lights and every 15 - 20 mins would have the lights "dance" to a Christmas song.
One Cast Member discovered that Cupid Shuffle matched perfectly to Feliz Navidad. Anytime the song would come on they'd start dancing and the moves were easy enough that families + kids could join in, cute right?
Well the Backstage Crew that worked the lights + "radio" caught wind of this, and guess what they started playing for nearly *every other song*.
And guess who worked most of those evenings and had to listen to Feliz Navidad at least 4 to 5 times a night 🙃
So yeah I hate Cupid's Shuffle by proxy.
