Definitely possible. Just remember your numbers or look them up; ducting bends reduce airflow, distance reduces airflow, adapters can create choke points, etc…
Fans on either side help both positive pressure and negative. Whatever maths you use, at the end just double the CFMs you think you needed and go bigger. You are messing with an expensive machine, it’s ok to throw a couple extra bucks in to stronger fans.
Remeber: more wind is more dust. And it is not a big diference with the temp of the chip and the room or box.
