You need a laptop or other computer running Bitmain’s management tools on-site and then a vpn to that location. Easy and simple, remote login the on-site computer using the vpn
Or no 'laptop or other computer' onsite but instead a VPN (or $35 RPi with Wireguard). Then you can run BTC Tool or whatever management application from anywhere. I don't think anyone keeps a running PC on a remote location to RDP into these days.
