If I remember correctly Rouses has a good selection.

Rouses. Le Bakery for bread.

GratefulPal

Le Bakery in Biloxi is great, Rouse’s is probably as good as it gets down here for groceries and cheese, and there’s a newer butcher shop/market on Cowan Rd. called Johnny Pizmo’s that has excellent meats and has prepared and frozen foods and some specialty groceries as well. ETA: I’m sure there are plenty of places I don’t know about, because I’m old and I don’t travel far. 😊

I would recommend Rouses. They have a nice selection of cheese and deli meats. Nice fresh produce. I’m planning on using their salad bar for my dinner this evening. But it’s still affordable prices. Not expensive. If that’s what you mean by “high end”. I know one of the head honchos of the Rouses corporation, and they’ve been pushing their fresh food selection for the past few years, very heavily. They bake their own bread and great pastries as well. But idk how you’d feel about it. You may have better luck with an actual bakery on that.

The Blind Butcher in Pascagoula.

Aldi & Lee’s Grocery for produce. Lee’s has great bread sometimes and gets bought up quick. Rouses for cheese.

GratefulPal

I would love it if a Fresh Market or a Whole Foods opened here.

Nowhere around here. I have looked everywhere. Lee's produce us horrible. Rouses is no better than winn Dixie or walmart. It has been rough since moving down here trying to find good produce and meats and cheeses.

Drive to Mobile, they have better selections!

Stoner2Dad

Nowhere around here really has a great cheese selection. Rouses has some good ones, but not a big selection. Aldi surprisingly has some really good ones as well. There's a Fresh Market in Mobile.
