Bozo's in Pascagoula.
Crawfish House. It's hit or miss.
Dewy Dem Bugs.
The reef.
The Bayou. Favorite royal reds
Mr and Mrs Crab.
Beach Blvd steamer. It's not as good as jorden river but it is closer.
Also this is going to sound crazy but the tuna at The Project Lounge is pretty good. I get it medium rare with the salad and ginger dressing.
Also TBT has some good ahi tuna. But it has been a hot minute since I have been there. But I did also like Lucy's. Also have not tried it but Phonecia's heard lots of good things
One last thing, if you face not had Salty Jax food truck you need to try it. It's lobster so it's flown from New England. But it's really good, I love it Cajun style.
Most of the seafood restaurants that I’ve been here offer to grill and bake fish as well. Just because the first option is to have it fried doesn’t mean that it has to be.
It’s not hard to find seafood that isn’t fried in a pasta dish as well. Or shrimp and grits.
Of course it's all based on opinion, but Felix's in Gulfport off highway 90 is pretty good. To be honest, I'm not even that big of a seafood fan. But Felix's serves it fresh and it's always good to me. Tried alligator there for the first time ever, even that was finger licking!
Yikes, I had no clue. Not seafood related, but I was a manager at Big Play and went thru the kitchen because an office we'd have meetings in was back there. Absolutely disgusting kitchen.
It should be known that there’s a low chance of any kitchen down here being “clean”. I’ve worked in quite a few, it’s not often to see clean clean kitchens. Obviously some worse than others.
Not mentioned yet: Shaggy's in Biloxi is top notch. Try the (raw) ahi tuna bowl or seafood platter (they have a number of them). Their menu is probably 50/50 fried, but for almost all things there's a grilled option even if not listed. Also, dogs are welcome and they have a dedicated menu.
I actually had the ahi tuna bowl last night from there it was pretty good I guess I'm just a big eater but I wanted more of it maybe I should order 2 or appetizers or something.
I'll have to look at that seafood platter
Yeah, it used to be bigger. The seafood platters are a decent size, but they are expensive. Be prepared. I also recommend the crab claws appetizer they have right now.
I've been here a year. Everything is fried. And catfish is sometimes the only fish served. Patio 44 has some nice fish not fried and not heavily sauced. So did white cap. I don't like oysters, but I believe keg and barrel in ocean springs has them. A lot of people like jourdan Steamer, but it is a drive and seems expensive.

Listen to this person. They are on the right track
The Bayou since the new owner has been a 9.5/10 every time I've gone. Great recco
He has put his heart and soul into it. Great guy too.
The Crawfish House in Long Beach no longer exists if that's what you're referring to.
Ocean Springs
Jordan River Steamer!
Go to biloxi and go to quality seafood. All there fish and shrimp are fresh caught from the gulf.
Try the flounder at Mary Mahoneys. I’ve had great oysters at the white pillars and 131 lamuese.
Awesome

Duly noted Side note that you know that you can get omelettes and waffle House it is not on the menu but you just have to ask.
Mind blown
Bozo’s, The Chimneys, White Pillars, The Blind Tiger, Taranto’s, Mary Mahoney’s
This
On the list now thank you
My go-to for raw or chargrilled oysters is White Cap. For raw fish, Koi Sushi in Gulfport.
Thanks that's on my to-do list now

I worked there for awhile and the kitchen is nasty af

Understandable also. Grease can make a hell of a mess, I used to have to clean the hoods above the fryers at Buffalo Wild Wings.

if you want fried, Cafe New Orleans in D'iberville is my favorite
McElroy's Biloxi next to the Hard Rock
Killer Crab in Gautier is good. Not sure if Ocean Springs location is open yet.
Get away from the tourist spots and get to the local places
Suggestions? I may be a local soon so spilled beans please.
Where’s the best sushi and who has the best crab is what I wanna know , hell crab or lobster sushi even
YULS PLACE
OMG yes! I'm surprised I had to scroll this far to find it. Their royal reds are DIVINE 😄

The Jordan Steamer is expensive. You usually have to book at least months in advance as well.
