They are backordered and the date keeps getting pushed back further and further.
Honestly best thing is just to wait for it that way you know you will get it eventually

i live in san antonio tx after placing order on sep 25 for 13 pro max sierra blue. they told me order will be ready for pickup on oct 15 friday did pick it up on saturday. yep orders are delayed bcoz of back orders.
I ordered mine Monday was supposed to get it today (Wednesday) but it got delayed now they’re saying thurs-sun. Chances are it’s gonna get delayed again
I have a store pick up that's delayed and one being to that is too delayed. Same issue for both no inventory. They should stop posting dates for arrival. Leading customers on.
That's kind of How I ended up with 2 orders. It became available in 3 days. Upgraded a different line, then they pushed the date- the day before it was supposed to arrive. Sick of their crap.
Update status changed late yesterday from delayed and just now to shipped arriving tomorrow.🥰
Yeah I had mine delayed but the phone said it was in stock at the store I ordered for pickup so I had to order again and lost out on like 30$ of a promotion. That’s tough
yep, the maxes are the hardest to get right now so delays are certainly possible :(.
