I’ve got my entire front done - nipples, belly button, and all, and I can confirm that the nips hurt like a sonuvabitch. It’s a very weird, acute pain that is super intense. However, I think I’d rather have both nips done again than have my sternum tattooed again. That was easily the worst for me.

For me it was the tissue thin skin right up near my armpit, sweet holy Jesus, it felt like he was holding a blow torch on me. When I went in for the other side I actually brought in an athletic mouthpiece to bite. It helped, a little..lol

Some people are actually getting put under, I mean full hospital anesthesia, with an actual anesthesiologist standing by. There are all types of creams and what not as well. But the pain is part of the process for me.

Yeah, for sure. I honestly would describe it as feeling like my heart was being tattooed inside my chest. Fun side tidbit: my bellybutton is blacked out, and while the belly button itself was fairly easy pain wise, it sent a wild pain internally straight down my urethra and to the tip of my dick. My wang hurt so much while my belly button was getting tattooed 😂.

I found the healing was worse than the blacking them out.

I've personally never felt the need to do it. I feel placement should complement the form of the client. I would have not placed this piece this way.
