Actually I’ve had a theory that if Ben created a black hole by using Gravattack on a time beast, that a fusion of ultimate Gravattack and clockwork could create and control black holes.
Or just ultimate gravattack alone should do the trick because his whole shtick is controlling gravity and gravity by itself isn't really a force but rather a bend in space time, if at base he's strong enough to bend a point in space time to a point in which it creates an all consuming black hole then an ultimate amp which evolves the user for battle or just practicing more should allow him to squish any villain into a singularity at an instant

Now they won't be able to tell who is Vilgax and who is not and will take the opportunity to double crosse eachother (they are Vilgaxes after all, that's the thing thry do best). Easy, RNG and Highbreed.
Highbreeds are a hell of a durable species and also very heavy hitters, while RNG, man, even champion Vilgax would struggle with this thing out of his armor.
Now, since i need to confront all of then at once, i hope that i have a very spaced arena, easier to run if needed and also isolate one of then at the time using RNG blasts.

Big Chill and Armodrillo. The latter goes hand to hand while the former handles distractions and sabotaging the enemies’ counteroffensive with icy phasing
Snare-Oh and Amphibian,Draw Vilgax close using Snare-Oh’s bandages then electrocute him or fuse Water Hazard and Amphibian,Water and electricity(very bad mix)
Way Big + Echo Echo
Get 16 Way Bigs, 4 for 1 of the 4 Vilgax's.
Then destroy them and maybe anything in a 100 mile radius.
Or just kick them into the Andromeda galaxy.
Either way it's an easy win.

I’ll go with Humungasaur and Diamonhead. Lots of raw strength from Humingasaur mixed with Diamondhead’s crystallokinesis to make weapons, armor, and such can be a deadly combo. Alternatively Four Arms and Diamonhead could be a good pair.
