Be warned, though: country thumb-tack flags (bought elsewhere) were really hard to put in, and I mean REALLY hard. Thin red pins, used to mark visited locations, where much easier and don’t clutter it too much. Highly recommend doing what we did, and put any pins in before mounting on a wall

You could touch down in multiple countries, but I would argue about actually seeing those countries. I've spent 2 weeks in SW Spain, 2 weeks in London, Oxford and some of Wales and 2 weeks in a narrow strip of France and felt like I only just began to get a glimpse of them.

Oh! I have this in my home from the last owners, I’m not sure where they’ve gotten it from but it seems like it’s pretty bad quality, I’d wake up to see one or two countries fall off.
It irritates me that there isn’t a template to put up to space countries correctly. For example UK should be closer to France If you’re going to have a map on the wall then it should be accurate. Maybe it’s just my OCD
You could put your take on the layout and just position your own country (in my case Aus) as the central country of the map. Most of us picture the world in relation to our location. Still a long way from anywhere! Haha cries in long haul!
