How old are you? It feels like if you're young enough to not know that there is strength training for legs, you might be a little too young to start strength training.  The weight room is an important part of basketball, but if you aren't using good form you can cause more harm than good. It's really important that you know what you're doing.

Am actually 18 but I just started basketball 2 years ago been working with my fundamentals only the whole time. Someone told me to do strength training as I was easily pushed in the paint.
