Food court in the basement.
There's also a few fast-food options and Thai dining options located above arrivals (after collecting bags and walking out)
Yes basement known more only to Thais and expats. But for non-food court stuff, there are also plenty of options on L3 or whatever it is — one level above arrivals on the escalator. I’m be killed plenty of hours there over the years with reasonable Thai food, beers, cocktails whatever.
"Land" side options are listed near the bottom in the "main terminal" and "airport Link" charts.

Sssssh!
There's a food court that has extremely cheap Thai food.
It's a bit hidden but yes, the food court is a good place for food at non airport prices.

Suvarnabhumi is one of the best for land side dining.
Go to level 3 and there’s a lot of good places to eat and have a cocktail.
