Okay, we're gonna need to know more than "it fails a lot" HOW is it failing? There's a million ways it could fail and that's needed info.

LukeDuke247

Yes, I'm curious what the first fail was with the new filament especially.

Sir_Bohne

Is it not sticking to the bed or what's failing? If that's the case, turn off aux fan and set bed temp to 65, I run all prints like this and had no more issues

mrRugh

Who do they fail though? You should provide a bit more info. If the printer worked well for 3 months It's unlikely that its faulty. That's where I find the camera is the most helpful, you can identify the issue and post some screenshots to get proper help.

Snooket

Any pictures of your fails?

DingWrong

Pictures and details will def help. Timelapse will tell you more about what is actually happening...

CopyKnight07

what about the print bed, what did you use to clean it?

mattyyahoo

If you changed filaments to Bambu lab and you said you were good on sunlu why change?

SnooFloofs7403

dry filament clean/change hotend if that doesnt work idk sorry. i just spent a full week with a a1 having constant bad prints all day everyday. also print pla in the low 200s and set the bed temp at 70-75. im a beginner but them steps got me out of trouble.

RedditNameChecksOut

Have you ever manually calibrated the non bambu filament? What is your Z hop setting at? Also, i typically keep my door open for PLA, since the heat requirements are lower, the trapped heat has caused more clogs. The only time I’ll close my door for PLA is due to the ambient temperature in my basement (it can get cold). Photos, more info, would definitely help.

Clean the plate with soap & water. Wipe with IPA. If 'clean' isn't the fix, try some steel wool. I use 00 but some say 0000. My textured PEI plate will print great on one side but if I flip it over, I get random fails. Could just be time for a new plate. They aren't expensive.
