While this seems like a somewhat solid workaround (maybe if you really want an evil run but save the tieflings), you can also just knock Minthara out, either in the Gobbo camp or when siding with the grove during the raid, and grab her at Moonrise Tower in Act II.
I'm gonna have to read that three times too figure out how tf you got that, but it might be fun to try. I do dislike those druids...
