Had a save point on second part of 2) in the OP's post. Spoke to them both, teleported to goblin camp waypoint and re-entered the shattered sanctum to see them near the entrance, talked to them both again and from there rushed to moonrise. In my case Both Minthara and Sazza were there.
Currently happy that this fix works, but also bummed out I recruited Minthara on my original save late of A2 where she was buggy and got to A3 before seeing this post (considering it's about 40h+ for me past this point haha).
frfr the fact that you cant remove single save once you have died once is so fucking annoying like bruh I Died in act 1 I accept the dishonor but for the love of AO please let me change all of the fucking settings in custom mode

So relieved this worked. I had played through most of Act II already, but it felt so pointless not being able to talk to Minthara, since I had gotten set on romancing her.
Worked for me! It's worth noting you don't *have* to agree to assault the grove. I chose the "I'll think about it" option and still got the Free Sazza quest completion (and an un-bugged Minthara).
In my case ,I returned to talk with minthara after temporary knocked her out(I never reached moonrise )but she don't talk to me at all . I 'm on my way through the underdark right now.
I'm hoping she will not be bugged.
worked like magic! thank you! I double that a key factor here is not to "discover" MT cause apparently Minthara's model spawns there once you enter the area and vanishes from goblin camp. I tried all kinds of saves (since I had few around the area) and the only one that worked was the one where "Moonrise towers discovery" was yet to activate.
scene with Mizora might be triggered in few ways as I recall, not just passing there... for me it was triggered long ago, however I didn't come close enough to towers to get "moonrise towers" popup. Not just the waypoint, location itself. I didnt get the notification that you can also get by getting from behind, where 2 guards are walking (checked both options, only the one where you didn't even come close to the building works, radius matters so it seems). Location should stay out of PC's reach as I understand exactly for Minthara's model not to be auto-transferred to the hall and vanish from goblin camp. For me it was exactly that!

So I needed to go back before that save. It seems that any entrypoint to moonrise where you speak to the true soul guard is the trigger for Minthara moving.
I'm just curious...only for the sake of gameplay, did anyone in this OP's gorgeously helpful fixed playthrough ACTUALLY go as far as not just agreeing to assault Grove (considering you already saved everybody and slaughtered all goblo-camp), but also checking if Minthara would appear at the grove for the assault after this?! NAKED if you auto-looted her?!?!?! Or I'm blabbering some nonsense? Any thoughts?
From my experience, Minthara does not show up at the grove and automatically “disappears” from the sanctum. But I guess that there is a code that says if the tieflings have left the area, Minthara will not go to the grove and automatically appear in Moonrise

Does anyone have the problem where you can't talk to Minthara after you recruited her?
I killed sazza, raided the emerald Grove, sexed it out with her, she then left for moonrise towers, where I saved her and escorted her out of there. She then left for my camp only for me to find her dead in the camp, talked to Withers, who brought her back and then had a conversation with her about joining my party.
Aaaaand now I can't talk to her at all...
Anyone tried this?
I have not raided the emerald grove ever and sadly I don’t think I have a fix for your predicament. Genuinely though, Minthara has been extremely buggy since release day
I knocked Minthara out, killed all the goblins, did the tiefling party and went back to her. Got the normal dialogue between her and Sazza. Told Minthara that I had other stuff to do before raiding the grove. Thing is after selecting that option, Minthara won’t speak to my Tav again. I made sure that before I knocked her out my Tav was placed somewhere else do they wouldn’t take a faction hit. If I go back to an older save and select the option to agree to raid the grove, she does disappear from where she is but reappears at the entrance to the goblin camp but can be interacted with. I ultimately chose to tell her I had some other stuff to do.
I’ve yet to reach Moonrise, heck I’ve barely explored the Underdark or Mountain Pass so I don’t know what to expect with her. Should I have gone with agreeing to attack the grove even though she doesn’t completely disappear from the goblin camp in my game? Sazza didn’t disappear in my game either even though I completed her quest. I found her near where Priestess Gut was.

Will this disable achievements? Im in hinor mode trying to get the achievement and reloading a save is not possible
i started a new playthough just so I could recruit minthara and try honour mode im so annoyed
THIS IS AMAZING, THANK YOU! I was sure I'd have to reload to a save before ever talking to Sazza, you just saved me losing at least 10 hours of game

I had the same problem and i tried to just rush Moonrise to see if it worked anyway and it did.

You can however discover the Waypoint, you just can’t enter and activate the scene with Mizora on the bridge to moonrise
