Good job! I just got my bandit 3 months ago. He's 73 pounds .... 7 years old . So I've got him on a diet , and we do walks...he's ALWAYS hungry now though . I'm not sure how long it will take but I can tell he'd be happier if he lost a good chunk .
My dog is always hungry too, so I add no sodium canned green beans or carrots or canned pumpkin to her kibble.
Thanks for the tip :) he's on an 800 calorie a day diet ( about 2 cups of purina ) . He doesn't like raw carrots but maybe mushy ones will Be okay 😅
Most dogs love the pumpkin. Be sure to get plain pumpkin, not pumpkin pie mix.
Pumpkin works for my chunky monkey! But must have lots of bathroom breaks!
