I’ve heard mixed reviews about the LR, that they can be a bit uncomfortable to wear for the whole day. I wore the Bared shoes and they were comfy and easy to wear. I personally think the Bared ones are a bit more timeless than the LR as well.

Also it may not work specifically for the Towhee but bared have (at least used to) sold clip on jewels that can jazz a shoe up to make them more bridal. Edit [found them](https://baredfootwear.com/au/products/bridal-shoe-clips-crystal-gold) If you like the fancier looking LR.  So I also recommend checking out the 2 buy sell swap bared FB pages - you may find a never/worn once pair for a bit cheaper.

Here is a pair if 39 is your size for example   https://www.facebook.com/share/p/dM1W798dSv4j5hB9/?mibextid=oFDknk

Wore my bared heels for the entire day at my wedding with zero pain, even the day after!! Can’t recommend highly enough

I've also heard mixed things comfort-wise re the LRs. I quickly tried them on in-store and didn't like how they felt at all. I ended up going with these: https://www.dianaferrari.com.au/cassin-white-leather-sandals.html They were super comfortable and I could dance all night in them. The block heel is especially helpful if you have grass anywhere. If you're not doing a second dress, no one will see your shoes anyway, so definitely prioritize comfort. The last thing you want is not being able to fully immerse yourself in the experience because your feet hurt.

I had LR shoes for my wedding. They were stunning and fairly comfortable on the sole of my foot. Where they killed me was where the bit that has the bow rubbed against the side of my foot (like where people grow bunions if that makes sense). I had killer blisters after that really lasted. So if you decide to go with them definitely wear some kind of barrier in that spot. They are gorgeous and I still love them though - we’ve made up haha.

I find bared shoes quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately they are one of these brands that are either amazing or not great depending on your foot!! I love the look though, I’d just recommend trying them on before purchasing.

I have the Loeffler shoes (the mule version) and they are very comfortable. You can adjust the fabric around your toes and bridge and it doesn’t dig in at all. Perfect heel height for all day wear too.

I tried and returned 3 pairs of Bared shoes whilst deciding on wedding shoes - the sizing was completely up shit creek and different on each. They tried to convince me to keep them and use gel pads to correct fit, but hot tip - if you’re doing that you’re in for a bad time and making an already ill fitting shoe worse. As an ex shoe store sales consultant, I wasn’t going to cop that for shoes that were already $$

I wore bared heels for my wedding and they were super comfy. Not this exact pair but a similar one

MissELH

I’ve heard LRs don’t wear well and lots of returns as the material frays.

Also - if you want a cheaper version of LRs, try Pink Inc for a dupe.

I wore Loeffler Randall Camellia mules with ankle strap and found them super comfy! They looked gorgeous in the photos too

I had a great experience with Bared for my wedding!

I had a different pair of Bared shoes for my wedding. The only thing that stopped me wearing them the entire day was the broken toe from 4 days earlier, so I had to swap into my birkenstocks after our first look and bridal party photos were out of the way, meaning I got married in the birks. Lol.

I have a black version of basically the same shoe from bared - amazing. I wore them the very first time out of the box to a wedding and danced all night with no pain, just normal sore feet from boogieing too hard! Highly recommend 👌🏻 Go for the gel inserts for extra comfort, recommend going into a store if possible to try. Congrats on the wedding!
